PropNinja LLC - Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 2025

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.propninja.io. PropNinja offers two distinct products, each governed by its own refund terms. Please read the following policies carefully before making a purchase.


1. Refund Policy for PropNinja Bot

The PropNinja Bot is a downloadable software product that customers install on their own device. The following refund policy applies specifically to the Bot.

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

A customer is eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The customer used the Bot exactly in accordance with the PropNinja Instruction Manual.

  • The customer used the Bot for 3 days.

  • The customer did not get funded during those 3 days.

  • The customer provides proof that they ran the Bot each day and that each attempt failed.

1.2 Required Proof

To verify eligibility, the customer must provide:

  • Screenshots or logs clearly showing the Bot in use.

  • Dates and times the Bot was run.

  • Evidence demonstrating the failed funding attempts.

1.3 Conditions for Non-Refund

A refund will not be issued if:

  • The customer did not follow the instruction manual exactly.

  • The Bot was not used for the required 3 days of use (days do not need to be consecutive).

  • Insufficient or unverifiable proof is provided.

  • The customer requests a refund due to dissatisfaction unrelated to performance (e.g., feature preferences or personal expectations).

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.


2. Refund Policy for Done For You Service

The Done For You Service provides managed challenge attempts performed on the customer’s behalf. The following refund policy applies specifically to this service.

2.1 Daily Attempt Structure

  • We will attempt to pass a challenge once per day, and if we successfully pass on any attempt, the service is considered complete..

  • An attempt will only occur on a day when market conditions meet our entry criteria.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

A customer is eligible for a full refund if:

  • We complete 3 challenge attempts, and

  • We are not successful in passing any of those attempts.

2.3 Conditions for Non-Refund

A refund will not be issued if:

  • Fewer than 3 attempts have occurred.

  • Market conditions did not meet entry criteria on certain days (resulting in no valid attempt that day).

  • The customer requests a refund before the 3-attempt process is completed.

2.4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@propninja.io with:

  • Your full name

  • Order or invoice number

  • Any additional relevant information

Refund requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.


2.5 Operational Rules

  • Entry criteria for attempts are determined solely by PropNinja and may change at any time.

  • A challenge attempt is considered valid once a trade or sequence of trades is executed according to our operational strategy.

  • Once a challenge is passed, the service is considered fully delivered and is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • PropNinja is not responsible for platform outages, prop firm account restrictions, delays, or third-party rule changes.

  • By purchasing, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback before completing PropNinja’s refund review process.

  • The service is non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing by PropNinja.

  • PropNinja may refuse service or cancel a project in cases of abuse, harassment, or policy violations.

3. Liability Disclaimer

PropNinja provides software tools and challenge-attempt services designed to assist users in their trading activities. Trading involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of capital. By using PropNinja products or services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

3.1 No Financial Guarantees

  • PropNinja does not guarantee profits, funding, challenge passes, account approvals, or any specific financial outcome.

  • All performance results depend on market conditions and factors outside PropNinja’s control.

3.2 Customer Assumes All Trading Risk

  • The customer is solely responsible for financial decisions, trading actions, account management, and prop firm relationships beyond the scope of the service provided.

  • PropNinja is not liable for trading losses, platform fees, penalties, or lost opportunities.

3.3 No Responsibility for Third-Party Platforms

  • PropNinja is not responsible for outages, errors, rule changes, account decisions, or technical failures caused by prop firms, brokers, or trading platforms.

3.4 No Consequential Damages

  • PropNinja is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

3.5 Service Provided “As-Is”

  • All software and services are provided as-is with no warranties, express or implied, including performance, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3.6 Financial Disclaimer

PropNinja does not provide financial advice. All information, tools, and services offered are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as financial guidance or trading recommendations. Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and financial outcomes.

4. Additional Terms

  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • PropNinja reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
